Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with the return address label: SAMFE or SAMFE Online. There will be no mentioning of lingerie on package. For orders going out of the USA, merchandise will only be declared as "Garment" on customs form. Packing slip included with the order will not indicate merchandise price. Credit card billing is shown as: SAMFE. We do not sell or share your personal information.

Without 007Lingerie.com’s prior written consent, you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials on this site for any purposes other than using them as a shopping resource or placing an order. This restriction also means you may not electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of this site for any reasons other than those mentioned above without 007Lingerie.com’s prior written approval. Returns & Exchanges:
Due to State and Federal Regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparels for any reasons other than manufacturing defects and wrong items shipped. Items that we consider as intimate apparels are: panties, thongs, teddies, one piece swimsuits, bikini bottoms, lingerie sets with matching panties, stockings, catsuits, and bodystockings.
For all other returns and exchanges, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Include original receipt or packing slip of return item with package.
- Merchandise is unworn, unused and unwashed, in original saleable condition with tags attached and all original packaging intact. This includes all accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- All return must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number on the outside of the package. To obtain a RMA number and return address, please contact us at info@007Lingerie.com. We will not accept packages with no RMA numbers.
Shipping and handling are not refundable, and additional shipping will apply to all exchanges except for those due to manufacturing defects and errors on our part. Return of items shipped free to you will incur a 15% restocking charge. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure your return package is insured and has a tracking number.
Once we receive the return merchandise, we will issue a refund within 5 business days to the original credit card used for purchasing.
Stock Availability:
Orders are filled on a first come first serve basis. When an item has become unavailable, we will notify you via email as soon as we can.
Shipping Information:
Most products sold on this site can be shipped to all 50 states, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, US Protectorates, and most countries in Europe, Asia, and South America. Shipping and delivery days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. We do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly. Most in stock items are shipped the NEXT business day. Backordered items are shipped as soon as new shipments arrive in our warehouses.
